On the coattails of World Teacher's Day, we're featuring one of our favorite teachers and Poetry Slammers, Taylor Mali, who breaks down "what teachers make" and if you're a teacher, well, we think you'll have chills. If you're a lawyer, we apologize. If you stop for a moment to remember your most inspiring teachers, they're the ones who would give a standing ovation to Taylor Mali at the end of his "slam" because he gets it. Enjoy this three minutes and nine seconds of pure passion for the teaching profession.

See Beautifulers are giving you a standing ovation, Mr. Mali. Teachers make a difference. DEFINITELY BEAUTIFUL.

  1. AAAAAAaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! 3 minutes and 9 seconds of pure, beautiful inspiration! THANK YOU!

  2. All I can say is "AMEN" to what he achieves with his students. As for the recognition, that he doesn't want or ask for, I hope he (and our profession), someday.... will once again receive.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts & helping others see beautiful too!
