Pop culture would like us to think beauty exists in, or is defined by, reality t.v. shows, airbrushed models on magazine covers, or manikins in storefront windows. We see things differently. ReplyDeleteWhat a special video. It reminds me of all the crazy times when my husband tells me I'm beautiful and I think I look hideous or tired or crazy. The perspective shared here reinforces the fact that I am beautiful - during all of my moments - and it makes me feel good to have a man beside me thinks so too. Thanks for the reminder The Jubilee Project, Becky's Fund, and See Beautiful!
ReplyDeletei liked your article on feelgoodstyle.com. it is scary. i have a daugther - she is only three, but i can see already how important it is for her to look good. i don`t want her to think about her weight when she is eight!!!
