Start HERE

In whichever way we choose, in any form, we are all our own kind of beautiful. We are all inherently beautiful. We may create beauty in different ways. We may laugh with others. We may offer free smiles. We may look for ways to pay it forward. We may help a friend. We may lend an unexpected hand to a stranger. These acts are beautiful. They make us each more beautiful. The more conscious of how we see and create beautiful, the more we can create and manifest it in ourselves and the world. It isn't necessary to do the things listed above to be beautiful - but being conscious of the way we are can be a practice - a simple one - that connects us with our beautiful selves again.

So where do you begin? Start where you are. Wherever you sit and read this post, start there. Stop reading. Take in the day. Celebrate what you have: your life, your desires, your love, your breath, your heartbeat, ... Whatever you turn your attention to grows stronger. Wherever you are, whatever you have, it's a strong foundation upon which you can see and create beautiful. Be conscious of how you're seeing and creating beautiful right where you are, right this instant.

You make life beautiful. Life is beautiful.

  1. I started earlier this morning with my MOM. Even though it is still dark outside as we sit and reflect and think of what the day holds. As the sun begins to rise and light the sky before us, so does the beautiful possibilities of this day begin to light up and take shape. And thus has begun a beautiful day and I can't wait to see what it holds.
    Blessings,

  2. Like Goose and his Mom, I started the day surrounded by sunlight, the smell of coffee, dog hair flying around me, reading my daily devotional, and thinking how blessed I am to have love, family, health, and healing in my heart. It is a BEAUTIFUL day and I wish everyone to find a tad of it for themselves.

  3. This is why I read your blog to remind me to seize the day and start with me - it can all too easily be lost during the craziness of everyday life!
