The classic Field of Dreams baseball angels whispered to a wishful Kevin Costner that, "If you build it, they will come." The angels were right. In our personal field of dreams, the field is your body and the dreams are your mind. If you think it, you will feel it. Our thoughts are powerful directives to the rest of our body and negative thoughts welcome an all-star pitcher (think John Smoltz) to throw a lights-out, strike-out game on the rest of our body. We need to stop the negative (get a good catcher in there like Brian McCann) and invite the positive. Field positive thoughts. Knock wailing home runs of empowerment, self-confidence, and self-love out of your mind through the rest of your body. Feel the cheers and excitement of those around you as they too are built up by your own focus on beautiful (both in and around you). Seeing beautiful ins't a solo-player endeavor because we're all interconnected in this game of life. Our actions affect others. Our ability to stop negative thoughts before they round first base and run wild is important. Be the MVP at your own mind games. Think beautiful. See beautiful. You are beautiful.
Oh, and a special welcome to baseball season!
