The following video made us think of the power of ripping up our unjustified-inaccurate-judgements-of-ourselves. After watching, perhaps it will leave you inspired to write down one thing that you've been beating yourself up about, then rip it up. Who knew ripping paper could help us see so beautiful?
How can you pay this message forward? Offer a compliment to a friend? Offer a compliment to a stranger? Remind someone of the ways they're beautiful? Go ahead, rip it up out there!

Woof! Woof! We LOVE the video. Golden Thanks for sharing. My mom believes that ...
ReplyDelete“When you're a beautiful person on the inside, there is nothing in the world that can change that about you. Jealousy is the result of one's lack of self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance. The Lesson: If you can't accept yourself, then certainly no one else will.”
Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Oh, Sugar, you are so smart! That's exactly what we think too. Golden's have always had an enormous amount of wisdom. Sending lots of ear rubs your way!
ReplyDeletethis is a really beautiful post. xx
ReplyDeleteI get chills watching this. It's inspiring!
ReplyDeleteThis is really great! I've also seen this in another form: writing whatever it is that is bothering you on a chalkboard, and then erasing it at the end of the day. Very symbolizing of how much we should care what other's negative feelings are towards us. As long as we're right with God, we have nothing to worry about :)
ReplyDeleteStopping by from FTLOB!
LET IT RIP!!!!! I have made my sign.... and it is...Sometimes I feel, not worthy of all the love that surrounds me,.... BUT... it is ripped. I accept the love and embrace it. Thank you for this video and Sugar.... Your Momma had it right! Ear rubs from me, too.....
